Although our rum collection claimed our namesake, a menu of classic Caribbean dishes are meticulously constructed to complement our drink creations. Owners Paul and Wendy Hamilton along with Executive Chef Ryan Luke teamed up to bring you a truly unique and inviting food experience. The menu features staple tastes of the Islands, from conch fritters, to flakey hand pies, to jerk chicken. We offer straightforward fare that’s meant to be shared!
